Stephen is the creator and co-founder of the Fermanagh / Tyrone Summer School. 

Stephen received Bachelor of Arts (First Class Honours) in Music Performance at the Royal Irish Academy of Music Dublin. He has worked with the RTE National Symphony Orchestra, RTE Concert Orchestra, The Ulster Orchestra & on two occasions been a part of the European Youth Brass Band. Stephen is a peripatetic brass teacher with the Education Authority Music Service.

As Artistic Director of the Fermanagh/Tyrone Brass Band Summer School, Stephen takes a keen interest in developing the brass band movement in Northern Ireland by organising such events for all ages to perform, learn and socialise with some of the best brass players and educators in the business.
