We really appreciate the commitment, enthusiasm and organisation that makes the Summer School a big success.
(Heather Finch - Parent)
In 2012 Course Director, Stephen Crooks, began his vision for FTBBSS by assembling top class musicians to provide expert tuition to the people of the Fermanagh/Tyrone area and beyond!
After 13 successful years the course continues to grow, with over 75 brass players taking part in rehearsals, sectionals, Q&A sessions and individual lessons.
Participants explore new repertoire alongside popular marches and concert pieces in rehearsals led by musical director Garry Cutt. This takes place in a relaxed atmosphere with a highlight, the PhairGrylls Friday night BBQ.
